Sr Manager, Business Operations

Location: Remote - Global

The Role

Impuls is actively seeking its inaugural Sr. Manager, Business Operations to become an integral part of our newly established Business Operations team. He/She shall focus on a few critical initiatives that encompass new business launches, cross-functional program management, corporate and strategy development, and investor relations, collaborating closely with the Head of BizOps, CFO, and the CEO’s office.

This opportunity is tailor-made for an exceptional individual with a blend of high-growth operating and management consulting experience. The position demands substantial cross-functional leadership and coordination to propel initiatives forward and drive key performance metrics. This role is perfect for anyone who is eager to contribute to high-impact, organization-wide endeavors with a "general manager" mindset.

You will be directly reporting to Sahil Aggarwal (Head of Business Operations), and will be a part of the finance team led by Alok Bhushan (CFO).

What you’ll do:

  • Taking full ownership of one or two critical initiatives – covering everything from the initial idea to the strategy, execution, and scaling.

  • Engaging with stakeholders from the CEO's office, GTM, R&D, operations, and finance to ensure that everyone is aligned with the initiative, secure the necessary resources, and ensure project success, managing P&L wherever necessary.

  • Examples of projects include launching and growing a new business from 0 to $XXM, overseeing revenue-generating initiatives in collaboration with sales, and leading cross-functional efforts to build products/ processes to reduce customer churn.

Education and experience (preferred):

  • 4-6 years of experience cutting across top tier management consulting firms and high growth startups.
